I used a similar system designed by Shival in my last job so the first thing I did when I joined British Summer School was to acquire this new system developed by Language School 360. In my role, one of my main responsibilities is admissions and this system does it all. You can set the booking parameters for individual agents and all the booking confirmation documents are auto-populated, saving us valuable time. What I really like is the fact that you can send booking confirmation documents to agents and parents at the click of a button.
This IT system, which covers everything including agent management, admissions, online booking, staff recruitment and operations has revolutionized our business. And being web-based works very well for us because many of our year-round staff work partly from home. It has also removed the need for us at Head Office to be constantly supplying data and lists to our centre staff during the summer, which has made both Head Office and centre operations much more stream-lined and efficient. Support offered by the Language School 360 team is first class, even though Shival is based in India, he is always there when we need him, even on a weekend.
