Hosting

Hosting services are provided by a third-party hosting company (usually Liquid Web or UK Fast) in the name of Language School 360.  Access to the hosting control panel is limited to Language School 360 and its employees; licensees do not have access to the source code of the software.

Confidentiality

You may be asking yourself whether Language School 360 has access to school data?

Our commercial and sales team do not have access to the back-end database, scripting language or data; they would only have user access to your live software and data if you gave it to them. Our developers work mostly on an off-line, local version of your software (with test data only).

We are happy to sign a declaration or confidentiality agreement if you consider it to be necessary.

Data Protection

Language School 360 is registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) and we take all the measures we reasonably can to safeguard and protect the data stored in our systems on your behalf.

For the avoidance of any doubt, all personal and commercial data stored in our systems is controlled and processed by the licensee.

License Agreement

You will need to sign a License Agreement which clearly, and in layman’s terms, sets out the contractual obligations of both parties and the terms and conditions of using the software as a licensee. A copy of this document can be provided on request.
