[1] Set Up Fee
The one-off cost, for us to create your own bespoke version of the software for your school.
[2] Licence & Hosting Fee
This is an ongoing monthly cost enabling you to use the system as a licensee. This fee includes dedicated hosting with Liquid Web on a US-based server. If you prefer your software to be hosted on an EU or UK-based server, a hosting supplement will be payable.

[3] Development fee
Our development fee is £40 per hour. This is the cost for us to make changes to your software such as adding additional features and functionality, creating new reports and screens and building new modules, portals and apps.
Website Development
We offer tailor-made quotations for website development depending on the size of the website, the level of customisation and the inclusion of any purpose-built dynamic features and functionality.
Consultancy
Consultancy Services, which are usually undertaken jointly by Steve Wood and Yolanda Chimeno, are offered at the very attractive daily rate of £400 + travel/accommodation expenses. This works out at an hourly rate of just £25 per consultant.
